This sleeve is used to be driven inside of 1-5/8″ – 17gauge chain link top rail tubing,

than you can insert 1-3/8″ top rail tubing inside of the sleeve.

Used in the construction of greenhouse arches, by installing 1-5/8″ top rail

tubing into the ground, than the sleeve will allow you to build 1-3/8″

hoops that will slide inside of your fence post.

The sleeve will fit tight inside of the 1-5/8″ post, driving them in with a

board and a hammer is required.
