Broadcast seed about 1/2 inch apart over a bed or wide row, cover with 1/2 inch of fine soil, firm gently, and water with a fine spray. Keep the seedbed evenly moist. Make small successive sowings until hot summer weather arrives, then plant again in late summer for fall harvest.
