TERRO Outdoor Liquid Ant Bait Stations provide four prefilled, weather-resistant placements for sweet-feeding household ants around a building’s exterior. Each one-ounce station contains liquid borax bait that foraging workers carry back toward the colony. The manufacturer lists common outdoor ants but excludes fire, pharaoh, carpenter, and harvester ants, so identify the pest before selecting this treatment.
To activate a station, push the cup down and twist according to the package directions. Place it on a level surface near visible trails or entry points, preferably where rain and sprinklers will not dilute the bait. Avoid disturbing the trail or using repellent sprays beside the station, since that may reduce feeding. Check placements regularly and replace them when the liquid is depleted, dried, contaminated, or no longer attracting ants. Keep stations out of reach of children and animals, and never transfer the liquid into an unlabeled container.
